In Store Computer Support This In Store Computer Support Service (“Service”) is provided by Computer & Antenna World, an independently owned and operated entity. By requesting, ordering or otherwise permitting Computer & Antenna World to perform this over-the-phone Service for you, you hereby accept irrevocably and unconditionally these terms and conditions. As part of this Service, Computer & Antenna World will provide you with up to 20 minutes free over-the-phone support, using the red handset provided in store. This Service includes help for desktops, laptops and tablets (OSX, iOS, Windows or Android). Computer & Antenna World will endeavour to remotely log into your computer. In the event we are unable to (for desktops or certain Android tablets), we will guide you through the fix or solution where possible. Services exclude virus removal, operating system reinstalls or other similar complex tasks where more than 20 minutes is likely to be required to resolve the issue or an onsite service may be required. We will be able to provide you with your options once we have diagnosed the issue. You agree to provide Computer & Antenna World with all reasonable assistance in order for Computer & Antenna World to perform the over-the-phone computer Service. None commercial use only. Fair Use Policy applies. Your laptop or tablet must have adequate battery life for the duration of the Service, as power will not be supplied. This Service is available during the operating hours of the store where support is provided. You must provide a few personal details so that we are able to service you better. Fair Use Policy Excessive, unreasonable or fraudulent use of Computer & Antenna World Computer Support Services (which for the avoidance of doubt includes Phone Support and InStore Computer Support “Services”), may impact the quality and reliability of these Services. To ensure this does not occur, you must not: (a) make fraudulent use of these Services; (b) make multiple service requests caused by a lack of regular maintenance; (c) make repeat service requests caused by your failure to act on our recommendations.
No Fix. No Fee. Policy If we cannot provide you with a solution (path to fix) to your problem, we will not charge you for our services. In some cases, the solution (path to fix) may be that you need to upgrade or replace your software or hardware. If we advise you to do so and you choose not to upgrade or replace your software or hardware, you acknowledge that we have met our commitment to you by providing a solution (path to fix) to your problem, whether or not you choose to implement that solution.
